History:
Call sign Apollo, Captain Lee Adama is one of the best pilots in the 12 Colonies. When the Cylons return, he must set aside his anger and join the Commander and Starbuck, his flight partner and confidante, in protecting the future of humanity. Apollo bears a bitter grudge against his father, Commander Adama, blaming him for the death of his brother Zak, who was forced by their father into military service.

While Apollo had a strong a strong reputation as a fighter pilot, he was forced to prove himself during the Cylon attack. Flying his father’s old fighter, Lee was able to launch a few missiles against the overwhelming offensive of the Cylons, but was believed to have been killed in the battle. He was later found and ordered to escort a transport ship filled with survivors to Galactica, where President Roslin hoped to escape the Cylons. An emotional reunion with his father forced Lee to revise his longstanding anger and begin the difficult task of protecting Galactica and its precious cargo of humanity against the Cylons.
